At that time Sycuan had grown to 305,000 square feet. In 2011, Sycuan Casino completed a $27 million renovation of the casino expanding the buffet and adding a sports bar. There were two resaurants and a shuttle bus to connect the properties. With that acquisition Sycuan became a casino, a golf course anad a 120-room hotel. To attract more customers the Sycuan Tribe purchased Singing Hills in 2001. It included 35 poker tables and 20 seats for off-track betting. Business was profitable and the bingo hall was expanded in 1990 to 1,500-seat bingo parlor in a 68,000 square-foot building. Sycuan Casino was opened in 1983 by the Sycuan Tribe as an Indian bingo hall.

The Sycuan Casino Resort opened in 2019 with the addition of a AAA Four-Diamond hotel with 300 rooms, a spa, an adult pool, meeting spaces and new restaurants. The casino features 2,300 slot machines, a non-smoking area, 56 table games, 11 poker tables and bingo. Sycuan Casino is an Indian gaming casino owned by the Sycuan Tribe.
